Awareness changes how we lead, relate, and work together.
At the heart of my work is awareness—because change follows when people see more clearly. I help leaders and teams gain insight into how they show up through experiential learning, reflective coaching, and equine-assisted experiences.
Most adults don’t struggle because they lack information.
They struggle because patterns go unseen.
My work focuses on creating the conditions for insight—the moments when behavior, intention, and impact finally come into view. Those moments are often quiet. Sometimes uncomfortable. Always powerful.
Whether through experiential learning with horses, reflective coaching conversations, or behavioral awareness tools like DISC, the work is the same: helping people notice how they show up, how that affects others, and what choices become available once awareness expands.
When people see more clearly, they lead differently.
They communicate with greater intention.
They create stronger, healthier relationships at work and beyond.
That’s where real change begins.

Help leaders and teams build awareness around behavior, communication styles, and stress responses - especially in moments of pressure or change. When people understand how they show up, patterns become clearer and assumptions give way to insight.

Greater awareness creates stronger working relationships. Improve communication, trust, and collaboration in the day-to-day moments where work actually happens - within teams, across roles, and during challenging conversations.

Insight matters most when it leads to action. Support leaders in translating awareness into practical tools, habits, and leadership behaviors that create meaningful, lasting change for individuals, teams, and the organization.
When leaders and teams notice the patterns shaping their reactions, they're better able to respond with greater clarity, choice, and effectiveness - especially under pressure.
Many leaders know something isn't quite working - but can't always name it. Teams feel stretched, conversations get harder, and the work feels heavier than it should. That's often the moment where awareness can make the biggest difference.
You don't need all the answers to begin. You just need curiosity and a willingness to look at what's really happening.
