Guiding Leaders & Teams Toward Lasting Success

My work in leadership and organizational development blends behavioral science, experiential learning, and somatic awareness to help leaders and teams better understand how they show up — and how that shapes trust, communication, and culture.

With experience spanning global corporate businesses, nonprofit, animal welfare, and organizational leadership environments, I bring a grounded, relational approach to development that values reflection as much as action. I am particularly drawn to the moments when insight emerges — when awareness creates choice and change becomes possible.

Reflected in my work is positive psychology supported by certifications in Positive Intelligence, Appreciative Inquiry, DISC, Emotional Intelligence, Coaching, and Equine Experiential Learning.

One Body of Work. Two Pathways.

People experience my work in two primary ways. They are different entry points, but they are grounded in the same philosophy.

Leadership and Team Development

This pathway focuses on how individuals and teams function within organizations. My work here includes:

  • Leadership development and staff learning

  • Behavioral awareness and communication styles (including DISC)

  • Coaching leaders to understand how their patterns impact others

  • Supporting cultures of clarity, accountability, and connection

This work is reflective, practical, and deeply human — helping leaders translate insight into everyday behavior.

EQnimity: Equine Experiential Learning

EQnimity is the experiential expression of my work, grounded in partnership with horses.  Through equine-assisted learning pathways, team participants:

  • Experience insight through embodied awareness

  • Receive immediate, honest, nonverbal feedback

  • Explore presence, emotional regulation, and relational dynamics

  • Discover how internal state shapes external impact

Horses act as powerful mirrors, revealing patterns that are often invisible in traditional learning environments. The insight gained in the arena often carries forward into leadership, relationships, and life.

Different pathways. Same work. Same intention.
